3220 High Performance UV Flatbed Printer UV is an industrial-grade printing device that uses ultraviolet curing technology (UV) for inkjet printing. It is suitable for flat printing on a variety of materials, such as glass, wood, ceramic tiles, metal, acrylic, PVC, leather, etc.
Advantages
Large printing format
The device supports a maximum printing size of 3260mm × 2060mm, which is suitable for large-format flat materials such as advertising images, decorative panels, glass, acrylic, etc., and can meet the application requirements of most industrial printing. At the same time, it supports a printing medium thickness of 0.1mm to 175mm, which can flexibly cope with materials of different thicknesses. It has strong adaptability to industries that require printing thicker materials, and special needs can also customize ultra-high printing thickness.
Flexible nozzle configuration
This model uses Ricoh Gen6 industrial-grade nozzles and supports flexible configuration of 2 to 16 nozzles. This type of nozzle has strong stability and good ink drop control capabilities, which is suitable for high-precision and large-volume continuous working scenarios. The nozzle has a long life and relatively low maintenance costs, which can ensure printing consistency and clarity during long-term operation.
Rich color system
The device is equipped with CMYK basic four-color inks, and has expanded light cyan (LC), light magenta (LM), white ink and varnish, which can achieve richer color levels and softer gradient effects. White ink supports printing on dark or transparent materials, and varnish can be used to increase the brightness of the pattern surface or achieve a local bright effect, further enhancing the image expression and product added value.
Good software compatibility
The device supports mainstream image formats such as TIFF, JPG, EPS, PDF and BMP, and uses common printing software such as PHOTOPRINT, Maintop and Riin Rip, which is convenient for users to quickly get started and connect with existing workflows. At the same time, data transmission uses a TCP/IP network interface, which is stable and reliable, and supports LAN or remote operation.
