Requirements Confirmation

Sales and project engineers will work together with customers to understand specific application requirements.

Analyze printing materials, image requirements, production line layout, and end-user habits.

Provide preliminary selection recommendations and customization options.

Technical Evaluation and Solution Development

The engineering team will assess feasibility and confirm key elements such as the structure, control system, and printhead solution.

Provide a technical proposal, including a configuration list, functional description, and prototype testing plan.

The business team will provide a quote, delivery cycle, and terms of service.

Prototype Development and Sample Testing

Prototype development will be initiated and tested. Structural processing, electrical integration, and system construction

Customers can send us printed materials, and we will complete sample testing and provide videos and physical products.

After confirming the proofing results, customers can provide revisions and optimize functionality.

Mass Production Preparation and Branding
