Sample and Testing Support

 

Q: Can I send materials for testing?

A: You are welcome to send sample materials. We will provide free proofing based on your printing requirements and provide high-definition photos, printing videos, and parameter recommendations to ensure that the test results are highly consistent with your application scenario.

Q: Can I receive standard samples?

A: Yes. Upon request, we can also provide sample patterns on standard materials for preliminary evaluation of the device's printing quality and color performance.

 

Delivery and Logistics

 

Q: What is the typical delivery time?

A: Standard models: If in stock, we will ship as soon as payment is confirmed.
Customized models: Generally shipped within 7 business days.
Complete machine orders (including OEM/automated customization): Delivery is approximately 45 days after order confirmation.
We will have a dedicated person to communicate with you about order progress to ensure timely delivery of the equipment.

Q: How is the equipment packaged?

A: All devices come in custom reinforced cartons with cushioning and shock-absorbing foam and bubble wrap. Key areas are protected with fixing strips to ensure they remain stable and undamaged during long-distance transport. They are suitable for sea, land, and air transport.

Q: What does after-sales service include?

A: We offer both on-site and online support.
Online Support: Video remote diagnostics, operating instructions, and software upgrades.
Offline Support: Engineers are dispatched for on-site commissioning, repairs, or maintenance when necessary.
In addition, we provide operator training, regular maintenance recommendations, and consumable replacement reminders, among other value-added services, to ensure long-term, stable operation of the equipment.

Q: What is the warranty period? Are parts replacements free of charge?

A: The equipment comes with a 12-month full-unit warranty. If circuit board components are damaged during the warranty period, we will ship a free replacement. The original component can be returned for inspection.

A: We do not have a mandatory minimum order quantity (MOQ). We support small batches and mixed model orders. For complex combinations, we recommend confirming the plan with a sales consultant in advance.

A: Yes, especially for variable data applications like labels, hang tags, and anti-counterfeiting. Our equipment supports Excel/database import, unique code generation, and batch QR code printing, making it suitable for high-speed data processing.
