The 9060S Small Format Inkjet Printer is a desktop industrial inkjet device suitable for small-batch and diversified printing needs. It usually supports a maximum printing format of 90cm x 60cm. The printer uses i3200U or XP600 industrial-grade print heads (supports 1 to 4 configurations), which can achieve high printing accuracy and is suitable for applications with high image detail requirements. The printer supports a maximum printing format of 620×920mm and a printing thickness range of 0.1 to 175mm, which can be used for surface printing of various materials such as plastic, wood, metal, glass, etc. In addition, the machine is compatible with multiple image formats such as TIFF, JPG, EPS, PDF, BMP, and supports mainstream RIP software such as Photoprint, Maintop, Riin Rip, etc., which is convenient for users to configure and operate according to different workflows.
Stable structural design
The machine adopts a double-track structure and is equipped with a double Y-axis lead screw and servo motor drive system. The overall motion control accuracy is high, which can effectively ensure the stable operation of the platform and the nozzle during printing, thereby reducing the problem of offset or image ghosting. The automatic height measurement function can automatically adjust the nozzle height according to the material thickness, avoid manual errors, and improve the convenience of use and the adaptability of the equipment.
High curing efficiency
The printer uses LED ultraviolet lamps as a curing system, which can cure the ink immediately after printing without additional drying time, which is suitable for production environments that require fast delivery. LED UV curing is more energy-efficient than traditional thermal curing methods, and is suitable for more different materials, enhancing the application flexibility of the equipment.
